PROPER EXHAUST FAN MAINTENENCE INCLUDES A THOROUGH EVALUATION OF:
Bearings and Shafts lubricated once or twice a year, and replaced if they squeak or show signs of overheating. When a Bearings squeak or a shafts overheat, they can warp or cease, and then destroy the motor. When this occurs, you may experience significant downtime of the appliances beneath the Cooking Exhaust Hood.
